Methyltris(methylethylketoxime)silane (MOS)

Methyltris(methylethylketoxime)silane is a functional organosilane crosslinking agent containing three methylethylketoxime (MEKO) groups. It is primarily used as a moisture-curing agent in oxime-based RTV silicone sealants and adhesives. Upon exposure to atmospheric moisture, it hydrolyzes to form silanols, which condense to create durable siloxane crosslinks, providing excellent adhesion, elasticity, and weather resistance.

This silane offers low odor, neutral cure characteristics, and improved compatibility with a variety of substrates including glass, metal, and ceramics.
