Hockmeyer HRX Series Temperature Regulated Immersion Rotor Stator
Hockmeyer Equipment Corp pioneers yet another breakthrough in immersion milling technology with the HRX Series. Hockmeyer HCP Immersion Mill
Since its introduction, the Hockmeyer HCP Immersion Mill has been leading the way in milling technology. This continuously evolving product has opened the door to greater productivity in the particle reduction industry. Hockmeyer’s patented design uses rapid recirculation to produce homogeneous batch development achieves faster grinds and tighter particle distributions.
The Hockmeyer HCP Immersion Mill utilizes rapid recirculation milling technology to achieve a smaller particle size and tighter particle distribution and is faster than any other technology in the marketplace. This is achieved by pumping the slurry through the media field many more times and more efficiently than any other mill, including basket, horizontal, or vertical mills. Circulation can be as fast as 50 passes per hour.
Rapid mixing and milling of raw materials are completed in one tank engaged for the entire cycle.
The machine is designed for use in multiple tanks with various capacities.

Hockmeyer HCPS Immersion Mill with Sweep Blade
Designed to process viscosities from 900–1.5 million cps and to utilize media from 0.1–2.0 mm, the HCPS is truly the world’s most versatile mill. The HCPS Mill utilizes a separately driven sweep blade to ensure consistent product feed to the mill.
The HCPS Immersion Mill Design features an upper auger and interchangeable scraper blades. The “S” series is designed for processing high viscosity and/or highly thixotropic products up to 2 million cps.

Hockmeyer Rotor Stator
Our rotor stators are of a proven design that is used in the paint, ink, chemical, adhesives, food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries.
They are designed with no bottom steady bushing to withstand the most demanding applications. To provide flexibility, Hockmeyer offers two types of rotor stators: Top Draw and Bottom Draw.
Rotor Stators can be cleaned in place and can be constructed of 304 or 316 stainless steel.
Hockmeyer HVIE Hoist Mounted Disperser Air/Oil Lift
The HVIE line of dispersers from Hockmeyer Equipment offers all of the quality and durability that Hockmeyer is known for, at a lower price point. The HVIE is a standard post mixer with air over oil lift, standard controls and is offered in explosion proof (XP) and non-explosion proof (TEFC) packages up to 50HP.
Hockmeyer Drum Mixer
The drum mixer provides Hockmeyer's unparalleled mixing technology in a convenient and compact design for wall mounting or free standing with the addition of support legs. The drum mixer is engineered specifically for a standard 55-gallon drum but is able to process batches as small as 3 gallons in a 5-gallon pail. It can accommodate any style of blade needed to get the best dispersion in the least amount of time.
Hockmeyer Horizontal Paste Mixer
Hockmeyer’s Horizontal Paste Mixer is ideal for handling high-viscosity mixing and quickly handles the most challenging of materials. This product is perfect for applications in ceramics and other high-viscosity materials. This mixer features triple mixing blades for uniform wetting and rapid mixing, as well as a specially designed impeller that precisely follows the contours of the tank. This helps eliminate “dead” spots.
In addition, the overlapping arms prevent material buildup while the double-rolling action of the blades kneads and rubs the material against the side of the tank for excellent shear and wetting. Even the most demanding materials are quickly transformed into a homogeneous mass. Since there’s no wasted motion during the thorough blending process, this mixer requires less power than similarly sized machines.
Hockmeyer HHL II Dual Shaft Mixer
Hockmeyer's dual-shaft mixers have a center-mounted low-speed helical or anchor blade, which sweeps the mixing vessel wall and a high-speed dispersion shaft to ensure proper dispersion. These are most often used to mix medium to very high-viscosity products. The high-speed shaft provides shear to disperse or dissolve ingredients. The low-speed sweep feeds the dispersion blade by blending and folding the mass in the vessel to improve product uniformity. The patented scrapers provide excellent heat transfer and aid in powder incorporation.

Hockmeyer Lift to Discharge Press
Vessels are wheeled under this style of press and locked into place. Then the base raises the vessel to an elevation that makes for convenient transfer, usually to smaller containers, as the product is hydraulically discharged. All of Hockmeyer’s presses are of heavy duty, durable construction.
Hockmeyer Platform Press
This system has an elevated base to accommodate discharge direct to a filler or to transfer containers. With the simple push of a button, the Platform Press provides complete discharge of the product and reduces labor costs and material waste.

Hockmeyer CMX 200 Vessel Washer
The Hockmeyer CMX-200 efficiently cleans practically any size tank, tote, or drum. The rotating brush and spray nozzle assembly provides the mechanical scrubbing and soaking action to effectively clean vessels. This design improves productivity and profitability. It also provides a closed system during operation to control solvent vapors and handling of hazardous compounds.
Hockmeyer Maintenance Cart
This portable cart is specifically designed to allow easy disassembly of the Immersion Mill when cleaning, changing media, screens or pegs. The cart is built to operate interchangeably with all models. It is easy to move since it is mounted on casters. This also simplifies re-alignment of the machine.

Hockmeyer Single-Arm Helical Sweep Blade
The use of a single arm half helical blade in a multi-function, multi-shaft mixer results in significantly improved heat transfer compared to multiple riser and multiple helix mixers. The half-helix blade operates at lower peripheral speeds with easily replaceable scrapers that trail the vertical and horizontal portion of the blade.
Hockmeyer Anchor Sweep Blade
This design has been standard in the industry for decades. While it will not provide the vertical movement in the batch that our helical design does, it will move the product off the wall to provide improved heat transfer and eliminate dead zones in the batch. Riser structures other than the triangular type normally require a stabilizer ring at (or near) the top of the blade.
Hockmeyer Helical Sweep Blade
The helical sweep blade is used in conjunction with scrapers to help move the product off the tank wall and combine it with the material in the center of the tank. It also includes two spiral risers that extend from the bottom horizontal stabilizer to the top of the vertical upright on the opposing side of the blade.
Hockmeyer D Blade
The 'D' blade, also known as the "Ring" blade, is a powerful tool for optimizing disperser performance. It consumes more horsepower than the saw tooth blade, typically runs at higher tip speeds (5700 + fpm), and performs more like a rotor-stator. Much of the ring blade's work is done hydraulically as centrifugal force drives the product between the contoured rings.
Hockmeyer E Blade
The 'E' style "Cutter" blade is best utilized for high vehicle viscosities and/or solids loading. The teeth are fewer and larger than those in a conventional saw-tooth type but with comparable shear or laminar flow. Teeth vary in height and are set at different angles of attack. Intermediate teeth are set and directed to assist flow feeding the others.
