Founded in 1998, Bedford Specialty Sales has grown into a trusted leader in the specialty chemical distribution market, serving as both a regional sales agent and distributor for globally recognized chemical manufacturers. Headquartered in Massachusetts, we support a wide range of industries across the Northeast with an unwavering focus on technical expertise, responsive service, and tailored solutions.

Meet The Team

Amanda Bagley
President

Amanda has been an integral part of Bedford since its founding in 1998. She became a partner and 50% owner in 2002, and in January 2014, she acquired additional shares to become the majority owner and President. With nearly 40 years of experience in the specialty chemicals industry, Amanda has built a strong reputation for leadership and industry expertise in the New England region.

A graduate of the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering, Amanda is deeply committed to upholding Bedford’s founding principles of quality and service. She provides strategic guidance to position the company for sustained growth while preserving its core culture.

In her leadership role, Amanda serves as the primary contact for many of Bedford’s key Principals and manages several direct accounts. She is also an active participant in the chemical distribution industry. Amanda currently serves as a Director for the ASK LLC division of the Alliance for Chemical Distribution and is a past President of both the Chemical Club of New England and the Northeast Region of the Alliance.

Ryan Wittenzellner
Business Development Manager

Ryan Wittenzellner serves as Business Development Manager at Bedford Specialty Sales, where he leads strategic initiatives in sales, marketing, supplier relations, and market expansion. With over 11 years of experience in the chemical industry, Ryan has a proven track record of driving growth through the successful launch of new technologies—including advanced epoxies, acrylics, UV monomers, and specialty plastic polymers.


Ryan began his career at Bedford as a technical sales representative and previously worked as a project manager in the water and wastewater utilities sector. He holds a B.S. from the University of Connecticut and is a graduate of the Emerging Leadership Program through the Alliance of Chemical Distributors. Ryan also serves on the board of several industry organizations, contributing to the advancement of best practices and innovation across the specialty chemicals market.

Outside of work, Ryan enjoys hiking, golf, hockey, and managing his real estate portfolio.

Lisa Forget
Vice President

Since joining Bedford in 2001, Lisa has played a pivotal role in driving the company’s financial stability and operational excellence. With more than 30 years of experience in the chemical industry, Lisa brings extensive expertise and strategic insight to her role. Lisa oversees all financial operations and manages the daily administrative functions of the company, ensuring efficiency and excellence in Bedford’s internal systems.

In January 2014, Lisa became a co-owner of Bedford, underscoring her impact on the company’s continued growth. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Fitchburg State University. Her commitment to operational integrity and building long-term partnerships continues to play a vital role in shaping Bedford’s future.

Kerri Frost
Customer Service Manager

Kerri joined the Bedford team in 2009, bringing with her more than 25 years of experience in customer service. Her extensive background and attention to detail make her an invaluable asset to both our customers and internal teams. 

In her multifaceted role, Kerri works closely with customers and principals to ensure a seamless experience while also providing critical support to our sales team and senior management. She oversees purchasing operations, manages inventory, and coordinates the flow of incoming raw materials, ensuring that Bedford maintains efficiency and reliability at every level.

Known for her exceptional organizational skills and dedication, Kerri consistently delivers a superior level of service that strengthens client relationships and supports the continued success of the company.
