F-Blade High Shear Impeller

$0.00

The 'F' style blade is interchangeable with all other manufacturer's standard high shear blades and in fact, will last much longer, produce more sheer and pumping action. Not only is our "F" blade designed with more surface area on the teeth but is also made of heavy gauge 304 stainless steel for longer life and better dispersion.

Machine Features

  • Constructed of durable 304 stainless steel

  • Teeth control turbulent and laminar flow

  • Teeth have uniform size and height

  • 304 Stainless Steel is standard

  • 316 SS and Tungsten Carbide coated also available.

  • Easily removed from shafts.

  • Self Cleaning, non-clogging operations

  • Sizes from 2” to 36” diameter

  • Standard and custom drill patterns to fit all equipment.

The ‘F’ style saw tooth blade is one of the most popular all-around tools for use with all high-speed dispersers. The rectangular teeth are of uniform size and height and perform dual functions: pumping and/or mass flow and the cutting function, reducing heavy agglomerates in size. Shear is generated almost instantly as the material contacting the flat portion of the disc accelerates from a few feet per minute, causing an extreme difference in velocities between intermingling particles. The material collides and accelerates off the trailing edge of each tooth. The angle of attack of the teeth controls the amount of turbulent and laminar flow.
