Keyflex® BT HB9242D is a low-modulus, alkali-resistant thermoplastic copolyester elastomer (TPC) developed by LG Chem. It provides excellent mechanical strength, outstanding flexibility at low temperatures, and exceptional resistance to heat, chemicals, and weathering.
This grade is optimized for extrusion blow molding and is widely used in automotive CVJ boots and bellows, where superior elasticity, toughness, and environmental durability are required.
