Keyflex® BT 5035D is a low-modulus, specialty thermoplastic copolyester elastomer (TPC) developed by LG Chem. It offers excellent mechanical strength, superior flexibility at low temperatures, and outstanding resistance to heat, chemicals, and weathering.

This grade is designed for injection molding and is typically used in automotive body plugs and fasteners, where durability, dimensional stability, and environmental resistance are critical.

Keyflex® BT 5035D is fully compliant with GM GMW15702-475701 EEBC specifications.
