Keyflex® BT 1172D is a general-purpose, high-modulus thermoplastic copolyester elastomer (TPC) developed by LG Chem. It provides excellent mechanical strength, flexibility at low temperatures, and outstanding resistance to heat, chemicals, and weathering.
This grade is suitable for both extrusion and injection molding and is commonly used in cable and wire jackets, hoses, tubing, and sheets, where toughness, durability, and environmental resistance are required.
Keyflex® BT 1172D is compliant with UL 94 HB flame rating, IMDS ID 58472494, and GM GMP.EEBC.003 specifications.
