Keyflex® BT 1140D is a general-purpose, medium-modulus thermoplastic copolyester elastomer (TPC) developed by LG Chem. It offers excellent mechanical strength, flexibility at low temperatures, and outstanding resistance to heat, chemicals, and weathering.
This grade is suitable for both extrusion and injection molding and is commonly used in cable and wire jackets, hoses, tubing, and sheets, where toughness, durability, and environmental resistance are essential.
Keyflex® BT 1140D is compliant with UL 94 HB flame rating.
