Keyflex® BT 1040D is a general-purpose, medium-modulus thermoplastic copolyester elastomer (TPC) developed by LG Chem. It provides excellent mechanical strength, flexibility at low temperatures, and outstanding resistance to heat, chemicals, and weathering.
This grade is suitable for both extrusion and injection molding and is commonly used in antenna covers and injection-molded components for leisure and sports applications, where durability, flexibility, and design versatility are critical.
Keyflex® BT 1040D is compliant with UL 94 HB flame rating.
