Amanda Bagley
President
Amanda has been with Bedford since it was established in 1998 and became a partner and 50% owner in 2002. In January 2014, Amanda purchased additional shares in Bedford to become the majority owner and President. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Kentucky and has almost 30 years of experience in supplying specialty chemicals to the New England region. Amanda focuses on maintaining the culture of quality and service that Bedford was established on and provides guidance to position Bedford for future growth. Amanda is the primary contact for Bedford’s Principals and also maintains some direct account responsibilities. She also takes an active role in Industry Associations and is currently serving as the President of the Northeast Region for the National Association of Chemical Distributors. She is also a past President of The Chemical Club of New England and has been on the CCNE board for over 25 years.
Lisa Forget
Vice President
Lisa joined Bedford in 2001 and is responsible for the financial operations of the company. Lisa also manages the Bedford office and she has been instrumental in implementing Bedford’s internal systems of operation. In January 2014, Lisa became part owner of Bedford and is a major contributor to Bedford’s growth through her development and maintenance of key relationships with Principals and customers. Lisa has worked in the chemical industry for over 20 years; beginning in the manufacturing sector before coming into distribution. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Fitchburg State University.
Kerri Frost
Customer Service
Kerri joined Bedford in 2009. She comes to us from the plastics industry and has over 15 years of experience in customer service. In addition to working with our customers and principals, Kerri provides support to our sales team and senior management. She also has purchasing responsibilities for Bedford and manages our inventory and incoming raw materials. Kerri is extremely efficient and provides our customers with a superior level of service.
Ryan Wittenzellner
Business Development Manager
Ryan is Bedford’s Business Development Manager covering Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Maine and parts of Massachusetts. Ryan is a graduate of the University of Connecticut and he joined Bedford in January 2014. Prior to joining Bedford, Ryan was the Project Manager of Underground Operations for a Utility Company. As the project manager, he was responsible for creating a plan and budget, overseeing operations, supervising management and staff and documenting all aspects of the various projects. He also has experience working with State and Federal agencies to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Based on this experience, in addition to his sales responsibilities, Ryan is taking an active role at Bedford in Responsible Distribution and helping us to continuously improve our policies and procedures to better meet the changing regulatory and legislative requirements.
